This childish-looking game surprises with beautiful graphics, a very amusing game play and an incredible amount of different levels. We tested Snuggle Truck to see how it runs on Nokia N9.

Gameplay
Snuggle Truck is very easy to play and understand. Thanks to an inbuilt helping guide, game modes and options are well explained. Tutorial level shows step-by-step how to drive successfully to the finish line.
As faster as you get to the zoo and as more plush animals you bring with you the more points or medals are won. We wonder why plush toys need to be brought to a zoo...and what are they doing out there in the desert? But didn't we also asked our-selves why angry birds do hunt pigs? Snuggle Truck wouldn't be the first successful game with an absurd story...
Even though the game has the appearance of a kids game, also adults may like it. While the first levels are very easy to master, others are tricky and are difficult to master. Most medals can only be achieved by playing a level several times.
A huge amount of levels to play
There are initially around 50 levels, subdivided into 4 categories: Easy, medium, hard and extremely hard. Who wants more can download out of 10'000 community levels designed by various users. The quality of them is very different; there is everything from amazing to "barely playable" ones. If you want to show your own creativity, use the available level editor to create and upload new challenges.
An official level tutorial can be found on Youtube - click here
Unfortunately we didn't find a way to save created levels since the N9 keyboard doesn't show up to name the level and add a description.

About the story, performance and issues

There is one other inconsistence: When the game is running and the N9 locks itself, the lock screen seems to crash for about 10 seconds...
While the general game design is done very well, the menu navigation has some deficiencies. Some buttons are very small and precise tapping with fingertips is needed to select an option. Anyhow, they're still big enough to be used.
Researching about the game made made us find out about a really strange background-story. The initial version was called "Smuggle Truck" with the mission to smuggle people over a boarder. Instead of a zoo there was a border crossing and passengers were...well illegal immigrants. Because of political incorrectness, Apple's application store did not allow that version, what made the developers change the repulsive smuggle truck to a snuggle truck. This explains the weird story about why you drive with an old truck full of plush toys through the desert...
Available at Nokia Store
The game is rather expensive than cheap, but the huge amount of downloadable levels (and the editor) justify that. Thanks to beautiful 2d graphics and a well done driving physics, Snuggle Truck will entertain you for many hours.

Very amusing - a typical touch-screen game |

UPDATE: Don't download this game if you're not using English as a system-language (or don't want to change to that). The game won't work well if using another system-language.
Developers are informed - thanks to "kozzi" who found out about that (see comments).
