What is Quicklaunch bar?
Surprisingly there are quiet a lot of users who haven't known about the system-integrated Quicklaunch bar. It is certainly not a necessary feature but very practical. Once you are used to it, you wouldn't want to miss it anymore. Quicklaunch can be activated by swiping up the lock screen or an application window until a certain point (stop and hold until shortcuts appear). This Youtube clip shows it very well: Click here.

How to use QuickEdit?
Despite being a useful feature, Quicklaunch shortcuts can't be modfied by default. There is an application available at Nokia Store called "Shortcut" which does the same - or rather used to do the same. Since the last MeeGo Harmattan update (PR 1.2) it simply doesn't work anymore and hasn't been updated since then.
Therefore QuickEdit is the only available alternative at the moment. Once you open the application you first click on an unwanted shortcut and secondly on the application icon to add. Close the QuickEdit to confirm the adjustments.
If you are a regular user of the Quicklaunch bar we really recommend this application.
