A big amount of note-taking and reminder applications can be found in Nokia Store. But there is at least one which stands out among others: "PinIt! Lists" by a developer called Work by jookos.
PinIt! isn't only a nifty application, it actually gives you the possibility to pin preferred reminders to your phone's lockscreen.
Click the star icon in the toolbar if you need fast access to one of your PinIt! lists; for example while shopping or to quickly look up a note. That's it - you just copied your check-list to the lockscreen.
Important: Make sure you don't use any other 3rd party applications which could modify your lockscreen simultaneously (turn of such features when using apps like MeeCast).
