In collaboration with Rovio Entertainment, Jolla publishes the exclusive Angry Birds Stella experience with a special themed Android launcher.
The launcher features the multitasking user experience of Jolla's Sailfish OS and adds Angry Birds themed wallpapers, ringtones and an unlimited access to Rovio's ToonsTV.
The launcher is made available for free to download at the Chinese Taobao and UC application stores. Further Android stores will be added very soon. "Angry Birds Stella Launcher by Jolla" is a further development of the Jolla Launcher announced in June, but seen as a different project. A neutral, non-Angry Birds launcher is still under development.
A right/left swipe on the multitasking-view activates ToonsTV where you can watch several Angry Birds episodes (place where you can change your ambience on Sailfish OS). From time to time the Stella bird moves over the screen to help you navigate within the launcher and there is settings icon to manage pulley-menu shortcuts and phone vibration.
The colorful launcher needs Android 4.3 or higher and runs best on a screensize of 4" to 5.5"
