FM Radio - made the way it should be

FM Radio by Andrey Kozhanov is a newer open source application to receive FM radio signal. Coming in the layout of a classic radio device it offers all the modern functions you need, like save radio channels and scan for active frequencies.

Have a look at the newer FM Radio applications with many additional features

How does it work?

First you need to plug-in a headset to get signal, since the headset cable is used as an extended arm of the antenna.

Best way to find a channel is to tap the forward or backward buttons for about a second. To search a channel manually, move the MHz indicator or single-press the forward/backwards buttons. Your active channel is shown in the electron tubes.

The six yellow boxes in the lower part can be used to save a frequency - just press and hold one of the buttons and your favorite radio channel will be saved.

A while ago we already posted a radio application with the same name. We recommend to replace that one.
This is the first complete FM radio application for the N9 and makes full use of the inbuilt FM receiver. Don't miss out on this application!
