Nokia published a new beta version (v.3.7.12) of Nokia Suite which adds Windows 8 support and let's you sync your phone with Microsoft Office 2013.
In case you want to stick to the previous official Nokia Suite version, there is a solution to make it run on Windows 8.

Install previous version on Windows 8
1. Delete Nokia Suite if already installed on your system
3. Right click the downloaded webinstaller EXE file and select Properties
4. Click on Compatibility tab and select Run this application in compatibility mode for: Windows 7
5. Confirm with clicking on Apply and Ok
6. Click again on the webinstaller EXE file and Run as Administartor
7. Setup should now install Nokia Suite and make it available under Windows 8
